ABSTRACT

Objective To investigate the clinical nursing path (CNP) effect on the medication compliance of patients with newly diagnosed tuberculosis. Methods 100 patients with tuberculosis from March 2016 to September were randomly divided into control group and experimental group, each group of 50 people, control group received routine nursing care. The experimental group adopted clinical nursing pathway, compared to the compliance of the two groups. Results The control group compliance of primary treated tuberculosis patients was 76%, the compliance of the experimental group of primary treated tuberculosis patients was 94%, the experimental group of drug therapy compliance was significantly higher than the control group, and Conclusion there is a statistical difference (P<0.05). Conclusion The clinical nursing pathway (CNP) can effectively improve the medication compliance of the newly diagnosed TB patients.
